Everything here reflects our current approved position. Where a document is still being finalised, we say so rather than link to something that isn't ready.
Policies
Where each policy stands
Safeguarding
Publishing ahead of course launch
Welfare and escalation routes. A young person's welfare and a horse's welfare are not separate concerns at Equine Minds. Safeguarding concerns have a distinct escalation route and are not handled in an ordinary support queue.
Equine Minds is not an emergency or crisis service, course messaging is not continuously monitored. If you or someone you know needs urgent help, contact emergency services or a crisis line directly.
